How it Works


Step 1

The buyer must register an account with PLATINUM CLASSIC CARS.

Step 2

One of our sales agents will contact the buyer and the paperwork will be sent to both seller and buyer. Transaction will start only after both parties sign and turn in the paperwork.

Step 3

Once the contract is signed, PLATINUM CLASSIC CARS will send an invoice to the buyer with the banking details and further instructions for the payment. The buyer will get step-by-step instructions on how to send and confirm the payment with our Financial Department, so that when the payment is received it will be posted into a secured trust account. All purchases through our company benefit of the 7-Day Money Back Guarantee Policy.

Step 4

Once the transaction is complete and the payment is confirmed, the buyer will receive an e-mail with all the details about the shipping process, which can take up to 9 business days, depending on buyer’s location.

Insurance: During the shipping, all vehicles are fully insured against damage, loss and theft.

Step 5

At the delivery, due to the 7-Day Money Back Guarantee Policy, you will be walked through a PDI (Pre-Delivery-Inspection), performed by a PLATINUM CLASSIC CARS technical inspector. This PDI describes the item condition at the delivery and should be kept if the vehicle needs to be returned. Step 6

According to the 7-Day Money Back Guarantee Policy, if the buyer is happy and accepts the vehicle, PLATINUM CLASSIC CARS releases funds to the Seller and the transaction is completed. If by the end of our 7-Day Money Back Guarantee program the buyer wants to be refunded, they should contact PLATINUM CLASSIC CARS and we will initiate the refund payment process (refund process takes 24-72 hours) and the shipping will be reversed.

Payment Policy

The buyer must sign the Purchase And Sale Agreement and then the payment instruction will be provided in their account with PLATINUM CLASSIC CARS. The invoice will contain banking information and further instructions on how to complete the transaction. PLATINUM CLASSIC CARS uses Bank-to-Bank Wire Transfer as a payment method.

Note: Once the transaction is initiated, the buyer does not have the right to change the payment method. A strict policy should be followed for all the transactions. The Terms and Conditions as well as Privacy Policy are clearly explained on PLATINUM CLASSIC CARS website, so our customers must know what they agree to when using our services.

Shipping & Inspection Policy

Shipping

PLATINUM CLASSIC CARS can also help customers with shipping services, but according to our selling policy, shipping fees are a seller’s liability and are deducted from the selling price.

Inspection

Please contact us to schedule an inspection appointment. If there is a valid transaction in process, a local inspection can be accepted only based on a settled appointment.

Note: According to PLATINUM CLASSIC CARS Terms and Conditions, after a customer submits a transaction request and their transaction is approved, PLATINUM CLASSIC CARS Shipping Department automatically starts preparing a vehicle for the shipping (the company back-office system is automatically programmed to schedule transactions and shipments). As a result, the Shipping Department starts to prepare the transaction paperwork. Then, a vehicle is loaded onto a car hauler trailer, driver fills out Bill of Landing and starts moving a vehicle to your location.

Guarantee Policy

All the necessary inspections are taken before vehicles are listed on PLATINUM CLASSIC CARS. Technical Inspection Team verifies the entire car history on arrival. Clear title is checked, as well as psychical condition (damages, scratches, dents, rust, etc.)
